First Christmas Cake

This was another cake that I did in class.
I had a lot of fun!
You can see how fun it was from the pictures! :)
The trees were fake on this one and has frosting for snow on it!

Just for fun!

I striped my bags when I did these roses. I got it a little too dark in the beginning, but it was pretty after it got all done. :)
I was just playing around with some new cake pans and having fun with this cake.

Another Turkey Cake

The Roasted Turkey cake I made at home with chocolate frosting.

Roasted Turkey Cake

The roasted turkey cake. :)
I had a lot of fun doing this one! This is pictures of the one I made at class and we air brushed the coloring on. I made 2 at home that I will put pictures up later. I really need to get an air brush! It is really fun! :)
Cupcakes are the drum sticks with straws that are frosting covered.
The wings are frosting.
THIS WAS FUN!!!

More cake pictures

Here are a few more pictures of some of the cakes I did the same time for a the hay ride as the Thomas cake.
I like the sunflower cake! I think it is one of my favorites!
The roses on the one cake was just for fun. One of my sisters wants blue roses on her wedding cake. (Which will be a long while as she is 10 years old!)
Making the grapes is a lot of fun. the top Mum was one that my teacher did in class to show us that I brought home and froze with the sunflower that we did the same night also.

Thomas the Tank Engine

This is my first cake that I decorated that was a molded cake.
I had fun, but I would do the face different ,as I did not like how it turned out.
We had this cake, plus two others, at a hay ride we had on the farm.

Fall Cake

This was the first cake I decorated after the first cake decorating class that I took at the ACJVS.
The roses were my first ever roses so they look like they need a little help. :) I tried to copy the cake my teacher did for the fall class and this is what I came out with.
And yes, my arm is in a brace in this picture. At least it was my left arm since I am right handed!

I had pumpkins, grapes, roses and buds, a mum and lily of the valley, with the vine work on this cake.

First Post

Sorry we haven't had time to post pictures of the cakes and different things I make. I am going to try to get a few pictures up today if I can.
But this blog is going to be pictures of cakes and other baked things and I am not sure what else.
I hope you will visit again!
